Moisturizing face toner lotion 日本酒 by Kiku Masamune brand

The lotion is a liquid moisturizing toner used to boost the hydration levels in the skin. Providing nutrients, the acidic levels of sake alcohol naturally dissolve dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth and refreshed.

How to use*

After cleansing face apply a thin layer over entire face and neck area. Gently pat or massage into skin until fully absorbed. For extra moisture apply 2-3 times in this manner. I like applying this lotion throughout the day for maximum moisture or blending with water for a facial mist. It can also be used as a face mask treatment.

Face mask treatment: Apply lotion to dried mask until fully moistened. Apply mask to face and let it sit 10-15 minutes with silicon mask cover or plastic wrap. Take off mask and apply one final layer. (I don’t recommend mixing the lotion with another mask’s ingredients because of possible chemical reactions that could occur.)

– Doesn’t clog pores or cause breakouts (be careful if you are sensitive to alcohol!)

– Great base moisturizer before your essence and face lotions

– Doesn’t bleach or stain clothes

Cons

– Slightly sticky after application

– Provides topical hydration and only some penetrating qualities

Product Results

I really like this product and I’ve bought it at least 3 times. Its properties are so light and it’s great when your skin needs the extra moisture boost. The lotion doesn’t leave the skin greasy and my face is always so soft after using it. I highly recommend this product as the first lotion used in your skin care routine.
