The Japanese sake cream is part of a collection to a face care set. This is the heavy cream used to restore moisture to the skin while giving it strong lasting hydration.

How to use*

After cleansing face and applying toners and esscences, massage the cream into skin until completely absorbed. It can be applied to the body as well.

Pros

– Great to use in your facial massage routine because of its thickness

– Heavy sake scent

– Provided lasting moisture throughout the day

– Doesn’t bleach or stain clothes

Cons

– Slight stinging on sores such as sunburned skin, opened acne, and cuts due to its natural sake ingredients

– Can clog a few pores due to its heaviness

– Sticky feeling after application

– A little strong around the eyes causing some swelling if used at night

Product Results

While this product was satisfying as a thick cream, it was perhaps a little too heavy for my skin and did cause a few breakouts. I love using this as a neck and chest moisturizer because the skin is more suited for a heavy based cream. I’ll be adding this one for my body care routine.
