Plant based hair oil by Utena

The hair oil is used to keep the hair protected and hydrated throughout the day while providing the fresh scent of Japan’s famous citrus fruit called Yuzu.

How to use*

Apply a few drops of oil into your palms and rub them together to spread the oil evenly. Gently comb fingers and hands into slightly damp or dry hair. Apply as an overnight treatment or after styling hair for a scented shine. For a warm oil treatment combine with your favorite oils and warm them slightly in the microwave. Spread over hair from root to tips giving yourself a scalp massage. Let it sit for an hour or over night for best results. Wash out with shampoo. (Note: hair will look kind of greasy after this treatment so either be prepared for a pony tail or use less oil)

~ None that I can think of. Just don’t apply too much on thin hair or it’ll become greasy.

Product Results

This was an amazing hair oil and the best part was that it’s natural! I used it almost every day to upkeep my long hair and to prevent damage and over drying. There’s nothing to hate about this product. I will warn that it cannot repair damaged hair. It can prevent it, but what’s been done is done. I will always have this oil for my hair care routine.
