Oil based makeup remover to remove strong waterproof cosmetics.
How to use*
Apply a fair amount to skin either directly on it or on a cotton pad. Wipe away/ massage makeup off and rinse with water. Repeat if necessary until all makeup is removed.

~ When oil gets into eyes it can blur vision until oil is washed out

~ Takes a fair amount to remove very stubborn waterproof mascaras
Product Results
Out of all the makeup removers I’ve tried so far in Japan, this is the only one that can successfully remove my waterproof mascaras. I don’t like how the oil blurs my vision for a while and burns the eyes, but it makes sense for an oil based product to have these qualities. This remover thoroughly removes my foundations and strong pigmented makeup with no problems. That being said, in my experience, Japanese waterproof mascaras are nearly impossible to remove compared to American brands so those using other brand mascaras this one should work even better!
