Smoothing and softening hair mist by SALA/Kanebo

SALA is used after styling hair or on natural hair to create a smooth look without too much grease. It can be sprayed throughout the day to upkeep that soft appearance while providing hydration to the scalp and ends.

How to use*

On wet, dry, or styled hair gently mist the softener through the hair. Apply until desired softness is achieved. Also can be applied throughout the day to maintain hair.

Pros

~ No silicone buildup for a natural shine

~ Light floral scent lasts a while

~ Softens hair without making it greasy

~ Provides hydration to the hair

Cons

~ Won’t prevent frizz from humidity or tame those wild ends too much

~ Doesn’t give hair a glossy shine or satiny finish. It’s a very natural look

Product Results

This mist was great for keeping my hair healthy and soft throughout the day, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. Living in Japan I can only say how it reacts to high humidity climate so I am not too sure for super hot and dry places. I honestly don’t think I’ll buy this again just because it didn’t help solve my hair frizziness and when humidity was at its highest it didn’t work at all. I’ll still do some exploring and keep on posting! Overall this product was so so. Goodbye SALA Hair mist!
